Configure SNMP in CISCO Route and Switch

Configure SNMP community String in Router and Switch:

Router#conf t

Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CNTL/Z.

Router(config)#snmp-server community BGDBGDBGD RO           //BGDBGDBGD is community string. Which is already you configured in your syslog server or other.

OR

Router(config)#snmp-server community BGDBGDBGD RW          //BGDBGDBGD is community string. Which is already you configured in your syslog server or other.

Router(config)#end

Note: Similarly we can configure Switch.
